Paloma Aliaga was born in Buenos Aires in 1986. She works and lives in Berlin since 2017. She was a photography student at the Escuela de Fotografía Creativa in Buenos Aires. She attended workshops and seminars by Pablo Garber, David Beniluz, Filiberto Mugnani and Lautaro Bianchi. In 2012 she participated in the program "Ser Voluntario en Imagenes" in which she obtained second prize and two special mentions. In 2014, together with Asociación Civil Rumbo Sur, she worked for the project of the collection of social vulnerability, publishing two photographic books "Economía Social" and "Situación de Calle". She participated in collective exhibitions such as "Ser voluntario en Imagenes" at the Centro Cultural Borges (Buenos Aires) and Art Konfluenz with the series "Chicos" (Berlin). Currently she is a volunteer in the art project for women and children in KuB (Kontakt und Beratungsstelle für Flüchtliche und Migrant_innen), collaborates with exhibitions at Zinefest Berlin and works on the realization of her projects "No Place" and "Menschen von U-Bahn"
